There are two main types of faults requiring repair:

• Faulty battery or multiple batteries, depending on the power capacity of the UPS. We use a certified battery testing device, “KULON-12T,” to check battery capacity and functionality. If the capacity is reduced by more than 30-40% from new battery levels, we recommend repair, which involves battery replacement.
• Faulty UPS control board, requiring repair. The most common faults with the board occur in UPS models from brands such as APC (American Power Conversion), IPPON, EATON, SVC, and TrippLite. Problems may arise in both the battery charging circuits and the input circuits due to issues with the incoming power supply. We stock a wide range of boards and components from decommissioned UPS units, and we can source replacements if needed.

For repairs, we exclusively use original new batteries. The production date of the batteries is also crucial; we use batteries no older than six months before installation. We have been working with one battery supplier for over 7 years. Repairs are performed at the component level, and when necessary, we replace microchips, high-voltage transistors, and other elements.
