We set out to engage in data recovery professionally from the start and purchased our first PC-3000 PCI system for data recovery.
Since then, we have acquired the full range of products from AceLab, and now, our data recovery laboratory is equipped with:
— PC-3000 UDMA Express
— PC-3000 Express
— PC-3000 SAS RAID Edition
— PC-3000 Flash
— PC-3000 Portable SSD Edition
Each of these devices costs more than two million tenge. This investment, along with our extensive experience, ensures the successful recovery of data at the hardware level for our clients.
At the bottom of the page, you can view our certificates. Over the years, we have participated in training sessions and advanced our skills through seminars and conferences conducted by leading global companies in this field.
Data recovery is divided into several areas:
— From HDD hard drives of computers and laptops – more details are described in the section dedicated to data recovery from hard drives.
— From various types of flash drives and SSDs (solid-state drives) – USB, Compact Flash CF, Secure Digital SD, microSD, and others – detailed information is provided in the section dedicated to data recovery from flash and SSD devices.
— From servers and RAID arrays of different configurations – also described in the corresponding section.
— Data recovery from Apple MacBook and iMac computers – this is a highly specialized area. The file system on Macs is different, and to read or write an HFS disk, appropriate knowledge is required. The same applies to Linux and Ubuntu systems. More details can be found here.
For successful data recovery, follow these rules:
- Avoid writing to the disk or flash drive, both "C" and "D" drives. Physically, they are the same device, and writing over deleted data often results in complete or partial data loss.
- If your computer or laptop is slow or freezes due to a disk issue, turn off the device. Modern disks can create additional defective blocks when trying to recover, leading to data loss.
- If you've accidentally formatted the disk, deleted files, or emptied the recycle bin but need to recover data, immediately turn off the device and contact us.
- What to do if you forgot to save your data? Sometimes people decide to reinstall Windows without saving their data. In such cases, part of the disk may already be overwritten by the new version of Windows. The amount of overwritten data depends on the OS version – the newer the version, the more space it takes up on the disk. If you discover data loss, stop using the computer and contact us for data recovery to prevent further issues.
Mobile phone data recovery:
Modern mobile devices are essentially small computers with large memory and high performance. Mobile device manufacturers often use encryption systems when deleting data or resetting to factory settings, making data recovery a challenging task. We often inform clients that recovery is not possible, especially in the case of iPhones. Therefore, we recommend regularly backing up mobile devices to a computer to ensure that part of the data can be restored if needed. We also offer confidentiality agreements for organizations and clients who value data security and have specific requirements for data processing.
